CheckVideo Completes ExitSentry Installation at Houston’s Bush Intercontinental Airport Terminal E

As one of the busiest and most expansive international airports in the United States, George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) serves tens of millions of passengers each year and operates as a critical global gateway connecting North America to destinations worldwide. With constant passenger flow, complex terminal operations, and stringent security requirements, IAH represents one of the most demanding environments for any security technology deployment.

Securing a project within such a high-profile, high-traffic international hub marks a major milestone for CheckVideo and underscores the growing demand for advanced, reliable exit lane breach control systems at scale.

CheckVideo has successfully completed the installation of its ExitSentry Exit Lane Breach Control system at the newly expanded Terminal E at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston, Texas.

The project represents one of the most significant ExitSentry deployments to date, supporting the security infrastructure of one of the largest international airports in the United States. The system was implemented as part of the airport’s new Terminal E development, a major modernization effort featuring advanced architectural design, smart glass technology, and large-scale public art installations.

Advanced Exit Lane Security for a Major Airport Expansion

The Terminal E deployment includes a dual-zone, dual-lane ExitSentry configuration designed to provide robust protection against unauthorized entry into secure areas while maintaining smooth passenger flow.

The system integrates with the terminal’s overall security infrastructure and provides airport security personnel with the monitoring and control capabilities needed to maintain safe and compliant exit lane operations.

Building on a Proven Track Record

The Houston project builds on CheckVideo’s growing portfolio of airport deployments and follows another successful ExitSentry installation completed in 2025 at Greater Binghamton Airport (BGM) in New York.

The selection of ExitSentry for the Terminal E expansion reflects the strong performance of previous deployments and the confidence airport stakeholders have in CheckVideo’s ability to deliver reliable, scalable exit lane breach control systems.

Supporting the Future of Airport Security

The new Terminal E at Bush Intercontinental represents a major milestone for the Houston Airport System, combining modern passenger experience with advanced security technology.

CheckVideo’s ExitSentry system plays an important role in helping airports protect secure areas while maintaining operational efficiency in high-traffic international terminals.

As airports continue to modernize their facilities and security infrastructure, CheckVideo remains committed to delivering innovative solutions that enhance safety, compliance, and operational performance.
